TERMS OF SERVICE

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“you,” “your,” or “Member”) and Cue Studio, LLC, a South Carolina limited liability company (“Cue Studio,” “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), governing your access to and use of www.joincuestudio.com, the Cue Studio membership platform, mobile applications, live classes, prerecorded classes, coaching services, digital content, communications, and all related services (collectively, the “Services”).
By creating an account, beginning a free trial, purchasing a membership, participating in any class or coaching session, accessing any video, or otherwise using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Fitness Waiver and Release of Liability, each of which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Services.
1. ABOUT CUE STUDIO
Cue Studio provides premium digital fitness instruction through prerecorded classes, live virtual classes, educational content, and individual and group coaching programs.
Cue Studio is not a medical provider, physical therapist, registered dietitian, hospital, or healthcare provider. Nothing contained within the Services constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or a substitute for consultation with a licensed healthcare professional.
2. ELIGIBILITY
You represent and warrant that:
You are at least eighteen (18) years of age.
You have the legal capacity to enter binding contracts.
All information you provide is accurate and current.
You will maintain accurate account information at all times.
Cue Studio does not knowingly permit individuals under eighteen (18) years of age to register for an account or access paid Services.
3. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION
To access certain Services, you must create an account.
You agree to:
maintain accurate registration information;
promptly update any changes;
keep your password confidential;
notify us immediately of unauthorized access;
accept responsibility for all activity occurring under your account.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
4. PERSONAL USE ONLY
Memberships are licensed solely for your personal, non-commercial use.
Except as expressly authorized in writing by Cue Studio, you may not:
share your account;
permit another individual to access your membership;
sell or transfer access;
stream classes publicly;
teach Cue Studio workouts;
use Cue Studio content in connection with any commercial activity.
Memberships are non-transferable.
5. FREE TRIAL
Cue Studio may offer a seven (7) day free trial to eligible new Members.
Unless canceled before the trial expires, your selected subscription will automatically convert into a paid membership using your designated payment method.
Only one free trial may be used per individual unless expressly authorized by Cue Studio.
We reserve the right to deny or revoke free trial eligibility where abuse is suspected.
6. MEMBERSHIPS
Cue Studio currently offers:
Monthly Membership
Annual Membership
Membership benefits may include prerecorded classes, live classes, educational resources, coaching opportunities, and additional features made available by Cue Studio from time to time.
Membership features may change without prior notice as we continue to improve the Services.
7. SUBSCRIPTIONS AND AUTOMATIC RENEWAL
By purchasing a subscription, you authorize Cue Studio and its third-party payment processor to automatically charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis.
Monthly memberships renew every month.
Annual memberships renew every twelve (12) months.
Your subscription continues until canceled.
Automatic renewal occurs unless canceled before your next billing date.
By subscribing, you expressly consent to recurring billing until cancellation.
8. PAYMENT PROCESSING
Payments are processed through independent third-party payment processors, including Stripe and payment methods supported by Stripe.
Cue Studio does not store your complete payment card information.
You authorize the payment processor to collect all applicable subscription charges, taxes, fees, and other authorized amounts.
If payment cannot be processed, Cue Studio may suspend or terminate your membership until payment is successfully completed.
9. NO REFUNDS
Except where required by applicable law:
all purchases are final;
all membership fees are non-refundable;
partial months are not refunded;
annual memberships are not prorated;
unused classes do not create refund rights.
To avoid charges after a free trial, you must cancel before the trial period expires.
Failure to cancel before renewal does not entitle you to a refund.
Cue Studio may, in its sole discretion, issue refunds or account credits in exceptional circumstances. Any such accommodation shall not establish an ongoing obligation or precedent.
10. CANCELLATION
You may cancel your membership at any time through your account settings or by following the cancellation instructions provided through the membership platform.
Cancellation prevents future renewal charges but does not entitle you to refunds for amounts already paid.
Following cancellation, access remains available through the end of the current paid billing period unless otherwise specified.
11. CHARGEBACKS
Before initiating a chargeback with your financial institution, you agree to contact Cue Studio to allow us a reasonable opportunity to resolve the issue.
Improper or fraudulent chargebacks constitute a material breach of these Terms.
Cue Studio reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate accounts associated with abusive chargeback activity and pursue any remedies available under applicable law.
12. CHANGES TO MEMBERSHIPS
Cue Studio reserves the right to modify pricing, membership offerings, class schedules, instructors, features, technology, or available content at any time.
Material pricing changes will apply prospectively and will be communicated prior to renewal where required by law.
Continued use of the Services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised membership terms.
13. RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE
Cue Studio reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the Services at any time for violations of these Terms, suspected fraud, abusive conduct, misuse of the platform, infringement of intellectual property, or any activity that may harm Cue Studio, its instructors, Members, or business operations.
Termination under this section may occur without refund where permitted by applicable law.
